100% online rental, even outside opening hours
Whether during or outside business hours, you can rent your mini-warehouse entirely online, in complete autonomy.
Quick access after rental
Once your reservation has been completed, you will automatically receive an access code to enter the building. You can then use this code on the blue keypads.
Remember to add a padlock to your online transaction!
You can easily retrieve your padlock from the box in the landing stage - without having to contact our team.
01. Choose your unit
Browse the units available on our site by size, price or promotion. Click on "Select to start the process.
02. Enter your information and create your password
Fill in your contact details: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
You will also need to choose a Password to create your secure customer accountwhich allows you to manage your payments and rental online.
03. Make your payment
Before signing your lease, you must pay :
- The first month's rent (or a pro rata amount)
- Applicable fees (administration, lock, insurance, according to your choice)
Everything is done securely, directly online.
04. Sign your lease electronically
Once payment is complete, your rental contract will be displayed for signature.
You will be able to read and sign it online, after which it will be sent to you. PDF copy will be e-mailed to you automatically.
05. Access your customer area and prepare for your arrival

06. Just turn up and install your padlock
When you arrive at SSPACCE, you have two options to obtain a padlock and access your unit :
- Buy a padlock from our vending machineYou'll be able to access your unit at any time.
- Buy your padlock at the store during opening hours. A member of our on-site team will be able to help you if required.

Rules of use
Discover the essential rules for using our units safely and enjoying a simple, worry-free storage experience.
Prohibited items in storage units
The following items are strictly forbidden in our units:
- Flammable, explosive or hazardous substances (flammable liquids/gas, batteries, weapons or ammunition);
- Illegal materials (stolen goods, drugs, counterfeit items);
- Toxic or polluting products (chemical, corrosive or radioactive products);
- Perishable products or foodstuffs likely to attract pests;
- Live or dead animals, in all their forms;
- High-value items without specific insurance (jewelry, works of art, precious metals).
Minimum rental period
The minimum rental period is one month. There is no maximum limit; you can rent your unit for as long as you need.
Contract cancellation
To cancel your contract, a written notice must be sent at least 10 days before the end of the current month. This will enable us to finalize your departure in the best possible conditions.
Using padlocks
Only one padlock model is compatible with our locks. You can easily obtain it directly from our store.
Restrictions
Access is limited to set times (e.g. from 6h to 22h). Each tenant receives a unique personal code to guarantee secure access control.
Insurance for stored goods
Proof of insurance is required when booking your unit. This ensures that your possessions are protected under all circumstances.
